The free brief and the full sample report on this site show exactly what a paid report contains. We ask you to look at both before ordering — the report is research delivered as-is, and its value depends on your niche.
If a report could not be built or delivered for technical reasons, we rebuild it or refund the full price. If the report was built for the wrong product because of our mistake (for example, a mis-read link), we rebuild it at no charge.
We do not refund a delivered report because its findings were not what you hoped for (for example, "there is no demand for my phrase" is a result, not a defect), or because you have already used its data. Optional add-ons are non-refundable once delivered.
